iFoodBloggers respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the website to do the same. We make reasonable efforts to credit and link to food bloggers and other content creators when their work appears on or is referenced by our website. If you believe your work has been used without proper authorization or attribution, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Submit a DMCA takedown notice

If you believe material available through iFoodBloggers infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, you may send us a written notice. To help us review your claim, include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing and information that helps us locate it, such as the page URL.
  • Your name and contact information, including your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Please put “DMCA Notice” in the subject line and send your notice to support (at) ifoodbloggers (dot) com.

We will review complete notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material. We may contact you if we need more information.

Submit a counter-notification

If material you posted was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice, and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification. Include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice, or their agent.

Send the counter-notification to support (at) ifoodbloggers (dot) com with “DMCA Counter-Notification” in the subject line.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the person who submitted the original notice. We may restore the material as permitted by the DMCA if that person does not notify us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the material’s restoration.

Misrepresentations

Submitting a knowingly false or materially misleading takedown notice or counter-notification may have legal consequences. Please make sure your notice is accurate and submitted by the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
